My wife and I joke that the three most beautiful words in the English language are either “you were right,” or maybe, “I was wrong.”

Here’s the gist: After a remand from the Fifth Circuit, the district court handling Veasey v. Perry has again struck down Texas’ 2011 photo i.d. law as intentionally racially discriminatory.
